Xiaoni He is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Communication Studies from China Agricultural University and the University of Colorado Denver, with minors in Economics and International Studies. She later obtained a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Melbourne.

Her research delves into U.S. hegemony and China-U.S. collaboration in international climate negotiations, aiming to uncover the power structures and strategic interactions that influence international cooperation to combat climate change.
