Clinton began his career at Bell, Canada’s largest telecommunications and media company, where he played a key role in the strategy teams. In 2018, he founded Monster Entertainment Group in South Korea, a startup that quickly emerged as a driving force in the media and entertainment industries across China, Korea, and the U.S. As CEO, Clinton spearheaded landmark projects that included casting the first Asian lead in a Spielberg studio film and integrating international talent into premier Chinese TV productions. Clinton’s leadership was instrumental in developing the complex media and logistics infrastructure necessary to navigate and operate seamlessly across three linguistic and regulatory markets, establishing Monster Entertainment as a key player on the global stage.
Clinton’s work has been featured on the cover of Forbes Korea, and his projects have ranked among Netflix’s top 10 most popular videos and set streaming records on the Chinese platform iQiyi. His expertise in navigating intricate regulatory and cultural landscapes offers invaluable insights into the global digital environment.
