The conference explored how rapid advances in digital finance, artificial intelligence, and cross-border payment technologies are transforming productivity, economic advancement, and competitiveness, while also intensifying fragmentation, strategic realignment, and geopolitical competition.

Bringing together leading policymakers, scholars, and practitioners, the discussions examined the evolving intersection of technology and economic security, as well as the changing role of industrial policy and governance frameworks.
