Jessica Creighton

Program Director, Bangladesh Public Administration Project

Jessica Creighton is a Program Director at the Ash Center, where she works on a variety of democracy projects. She specializes in managing complex projects, designing learning experiences, impact evaluations, and mixed-methods research. She has contributed to social science research across a variety of topic areas, including education, social accountability, public health, and energy efficiency. Previous roles include Program Director of the Rajawali Institute’s Bangladesh Public Administration Project and Research Program Director at the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative. Prior to her time at Bloomberg Harvard, Jessica was the Assistant Director of the Transparency for Development (T4D) Project at the Ash Center. T4D was a large-scale research project investigating the use of community-based transparency and accountability interventions to improve maternal and child health in five countries across Africa and Asia.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University and a Master of Education in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
