Jia He is a Ph.D. candidate from the School of International and Public Affairs at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). Jia holds a B.A. in International Politics from Xiamen University.
Jia’s research interests lie in the area of International Relations, ranging from International Political Economy to Alliance Politcs, and Southeast Asia Studies. Her recent research focuses on the failure of economic sanctions and the betray of allies in NATO and COCOM.
