Liyuan Lyu

Liyuan Lyu is a Ph.D. Candidate in the School of Public Policy & Management, Tsinghua University and received his BA in Public Management(major) and Applied Mathematics(minor) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He has now published 4 articles in journals like Computers & Industrial Engineering (SCI, Q1) and Chinese Public Administration Review (in Chinese, CSSCI). He is also in the editor board of the Book Develop Strategy and Prioritized Funding Areas of Macro Management and Policy during the 14^th Five-Year-Plan. He also serves as a full-time researcher of the Center for Science, Technology, Education Policy (CSTEP) at Tsinghua University.
