Novi Alviana

Novi Alviana is a Fulbright Language Teaching Assistant at the Ash Center of Harvard Kennedy School. She graduated from Halu Oleo University in 2015 and has since made significant strides in her career. In 2016, Novi was selected as a Language Ambassador, representing Southeast Sulawesi at the national level. She also demonstrated leadership abilities as an Indonesian delegate for the Singapore Indonesia Youth Leaders Exchange Program from 2021 to 2022. Passionate about education and youth empowerment, Novi actively participates in volunteer initiatives in Southeast Sulawesi through PCMI Sultra and Kawan Inspirasi Kendari. With a clear vision for her future, Novi has secured funding from LPDP (Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education Agency) to pursue her master’s degree in the UK after completing the FLTA program.
