Wang Zhongqi is Associate Professor at the Shanghai Administration Institute, Shanghai, China. Specializing in local governance and grass-root democracy, he has published nearly 20 articles in CSSCI journals, such as: Academic Monthly, Journal of Shanghai Administration Institute, CASS Journal of Political science, Journal of Social Policy Research,Comparative Economic and Social Systems, etc.
He graduated from the School of International Relationship and Public Affaire, Fudan University with a Ph.D. in Political Science. And he has conducted a Five-year Evaluation Research Project of “Innovation of Grassroots Governance and Strengthening of Social Construction” of Shanghai in 2019.
