Ziyi Yuan is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy at Peking University. His research interests include political economy, contemporary Chinese governance, and public policy theory.
His current research examines how governments balance broad access with tailored responses under resource constraints with a focus on SME policy, connecting business administration with public management.
His research has been published in Chinese academic journals, including Reform of Economic System and Contemporary Economy of Japan.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Peking University and a Bachelor of Laws from Fudan University.
