The Indonesia Program at the Rajawali Foundation Institute for Asia invites you to join a not-for-credit Bahasa Indonesia and culture course. This class is open to a wide audience including Harvard students, faculty, fellows, staff members, as well as students and scholars from the greater Boston area. Your instructor, Novi Alviana, a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA), will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum designed to accommodate all proficiency levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
Immerse yourself in the language and cultural richness of Indonesia while developing practical conversational skills essential for travel, research, or professional engagements in the country. The classes explore Indonesia’s diverse traditions and contemporary society, while ensuring you gain day-to-day language proficiency. These sessions are offered at no cost, but registration is required. Each class is limited to twenty participants, and lessons are flexible, with customization options available to meet individual learning goals. Additionally, one-on-one tutorials can be arranged by appointment for those who seek further assistance.
For registration and more information, please contact Novi Alviana at novialviana@hks.harvard.edu.
